Full ANSI/OSHA inspection details

The most common service item on an electric slab lift is the battery pack. Symptoms:

• Lift won’t reach full extension
• Charger won’t complete a cycle
• Daily run time is dropping noticeably

Replacement is straightforward — we typically install a fresh 24V flooded lead-acid set, properly water and load-test it, and verify the charger output cycle. Total parts + labor for a 4-battery set runs $1,200–$1,800 depending on lift size and battery brand.

We’re Genie specialists. Whether it’s a GS-1930, GS-2632, GS-3246, or one of the larger GS-4047 platforms, we have parts and the troubleshooting experience to fix it right the first time.
