We service every Skyjack scissor lift in the SJIII series plus the newer SJ E-Drive units. Hydraulic repair, control box rebuild, battery replacement, ANSI/OSHA annual inspections — all done in our Addison, IL shop with Skyjack OEM parts in stock.

What we do on every Skyjack service job

• Full mechanical inspection — hydraulics, controls, brakes, batteries, structure.
• Battery service — load test, watering, terminal cleaning, or full replacement.
• Hydraulic repair — cylinders, hoses, valves, pumps. Skyjack OEM and aftermarket parts.
• Control box diagnostics — both platform and ground controls.
• Annual ANSI/OSHA inspection — ANSI A92.20-2018 / OSHA 29 CFR 1926.453. Certificate filed.
• Paint and decals — touch-up or full repaint to factory Skyjack color.

• Annual ANSI/OSHA inspection: $225 in-shop, $350 on-site within Chicagoland.
• Labor rate: $150/hr + parts. Same-day estimate before any work begins.
• Battery replacement (full pack): $400-$800 parts, ~2 hours labor.
• Pickup & delivery across Chicagoland: $200-$450 round trip, weight-dependent.

Are you Skyjack-certified?
Yes. We’ve been refurbishing Skyjack scissor lifts for 30+ years. Our techs train on every new Skyjack model release and we stock OEM parts.

Do you service older Skyjack units?
Absolutely. We’ve worked on every Skyjack model from the 1995 vintage to the current production year. Older units take more parts research but we get them running.

What’s your turnaround time?
Most service jobs complete in 5-10 business days. Annual inspections same-day if pre-scheduled. Mobile service across Chicagoland within 24-48 hours.

Do you work on units outside Chicagoland?
For shop service yes — ship us your unit, we ship it back. Mobile service is Chicagoland only.
