We service JLG aerial work platforms, including the E300 AJP electric articulating boom. Hydraulic system repair, control diagnostics, slew bearing service, battery replacement, and ANSI/OSHA annual inspections — handled in-shop with current OEM parts.
What we do on every JLG service job
- Full mechanical inspection — hydraulics, controls, brakes, batteries, structure.
- Battery service — load test, watering, terminal cleaning, or full replacement.
- Hydraulic repair — cylinders, hoses, valves, pumps. JLG OEM and aftermarket parts.
- Control box diagnostics — both platform and ground controls.
- Annual ANSI/OSHA inspection — ANSI A92.20-2018 / OSHA 29 CFR 1926.453. Certificate filed.
- Paint and decals — touch-up or full repaint to factory JLG color.

- Annual ANSI/OSHA inspection: $225 in-shop, $350 on-site within Chicagoland.
- Labor rate: $150/hr + parts. Same-day estimate before any work begins.
- Battery replacement (full pack): $400-$800 parts, ~2 hours labor.
- Pickup & delivery across Chicagoland: $200-$450 round trip, weight-dependent.

Yes. We’ve been refurbishing JLG aerial work platforms for 30+ years. Our techs train on JLG models and we stock OEM parts.
Do you service older JLG units?
Absolutely. We’ve worked on JLG models from older vintages through current production years. Older units take more parts research but we get them running.
What’s your turnaround time?
We pick up and diagnose the same day. Straightforward fixes go back the next day; parts-dependent or complex jobs get an honest timeline before any work starts. Annual inspections are same-day if pre-scheduled.
Do you work on units outside Chicagoland?
For shop service yes — ship us your unit, we ship it back. Mobile service is Chicagoland only.
