The 8-step Win Win refurbishment process

• 01 — Source. We buy units from rental fleets aging out (typically 6-10 years old) and from contractors upgrading. Only mechanically sound starting points.
• 02 — Strip. Everything comes apart. Hydraulics, electrical, brakes, tires, batteries, paint.
• 03 — Inspect. Every component tested or measured. Anything outside spec gets replaced.
• 04 — Replace. New batteries, hydraulic seals, brushes, contactors, decals. New tires if worn past 50%.
• 05 — Paint. Full repaint to factory color — Genie blue, Skyjack red, JLG yellow. OEM decals reapplied.
• 06 — Test. Full load test at max platform, drive test, brake test, control verification.
• 07 — Certify. ANSI A92.20-2018 + OSHA 29 CFR 1926.453 annual inspection. Certificate dated and filed.
• 08 — Ship. Wrapped, strapped, freight quoted and booked. Ready to work the day it arrives.

• Same warranty period. Manufacturer warranties on new equipment are typically 6 months on parts and labor. We match that on our refurbishment work.
• Same ANSI/OSHA certification. The annual inspection is the legal requirement. Refurbished units have a current certificate; new units have a current certificate. Same compliance.
• Equipment lasts another 10-15 years. With proper maintenance and water management on the batteries, a refurbished 2016 unit will outlast you.
