SHIPPING POLICY
Win Win Equipment ships refurbished electric scissor lifts throughout the United States. All machines are prepared or refurbished to order unless otherwise stated.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping costs and delivery timelines vary based on machine size, destination, and refurbishment status. Most orders ship via enclosed trailer or commercial freight carrier. Local pickup is available at our facility in Addison, Illinois by appointment.
Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout or during order confirmation. Delivery timelines may change depending on refurbishment progress, carrier scheduling, or location.
Order Processing
Orders typically enter refurbishment or preparation shortly after purchase. Once work has begun, orders cannot be canceled.
Customers will be notified when their unit is ready for shipment and provided tracking or delivery coordination details.
Deliveries
Scissor lifts are delivered in an enclosed trailer at dock height and are able to be unloaded with a forklift or dock unless otherwise arranged. Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access for delivery trucks and proper unloading equipment if required.
Please inspect your shipment upon arrival and notify us immediately of any visible freight damage.
