Return and Cancellation Policy
At Win Win Equipment, all scissor lifts are refurbished to order or prepared specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered or refurbishment has begun.
Ordering the Wrong Unit
If you believe you purchased the wrong lift, please contact us immediately. While completed orders are non-returnable, we are happy to discuss possible options on a case-by-case basis when notified promptly upon delivery.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if refurbishment or preparation has not yet started. Once work has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
Important Notes for Return Policy
All sales are considered final once refurbishment begins.
Machines are inspected prior to shipment.
Customers are encouraged to confirm model, specifications, and site requirements before placing an order.
